How this is measured

Every 30 seconds or so (less often where an agency limits requests) the site reads where each agency's vehicles are and notes when each trip reaches each stop. A stop arrival is on time from a minute early to five minutes late. Agencies marked Predictions don't say which stop a vehicle is at, so the feed's last prediction before each stop stands in; those tend to look more punctual than they are.

EarlyOn timeLate−10+5minutes from the scheduled time

A trip is seen when it shows up in the feed at all. Hours when an agency's feed was silent are left out, since that is more likely an outage in the data than in service, but a bus running without its tracker still counts against it. An agency is ranked once it has 7 days, 2,000 timed stop arrivals and 200 comparable trips in the period. Recorded through Wednesday, November 4, 2026.
